Bait them into jumping onto the floor by retreating around the corner. Kill at least one of them by severing all 3 Tentacles at once. Circling around the corner spawns 2 Lurkers. Upon leaving this area, get your Line Gun out and make sure your Stasis is full. Search for the exit and enter the next room to find Line Racks Schematic ( #VIII/XXIII ), 2x ammunitions and a green crate. You drop into a dark room with 4x ammunition and Credits. Check your left for Credits, then move the metal pieces blocking the maintenance tunnel out of the way with Kinesis. Take your Line Gun with you as you need it soon for an achievement.įollow your locator to a room with an Upgrade Bench. It’s suggested to reduce your ammunition to one stack per weapon, 2 Medium Med Packs and a stack of Stasis packs. By the end of this chapter, you likely have too much stuff to take with you. ![]() Go through the only door and find a Store.A word of warning: you won’t see another Store till the next chapter, and backtracking won’t be an option once you crawl through a maintenance tunnel. Check the next area for Medium Med Pack Schematic ( #VII/XXIII ), then set down on the walkway and reactivate artificial gravity. Wait until a lid opens to release a coffin, then boost through. Stasis the spinning blades above you to safely travel upwards. Finishing this puzzle turns off gravity in this area. Use Stasis if the metal arms don’t keep the ring in place you’re currently working on. Rinse and repeat to work your way to the inner ring. If done correctly, another set of 2 metal arms appears. Quickly run to the second arm and pull it down with Kinesis. Grab one with Kinesis to hold the outer ring in place. Use it to extend 2 metal arms from above. Circle to the right for Ripper Schematic ( #VI/XXIII ), then snag a Power Node next to the console. Go clockwise on the walkway and find a Gold Semiconductor on top of some machinery. Open the door to find a text log ( #19/48, “Stuck Coffins”) on the console. In a pile of dead corpses in front of the next door hides a dormant Slasher. Return to the door, take the path on your right and expect a Puker guarding a green crate. Soon you’ll get jumped by a Puker and 2 Slashers in the same room. Approach them, and a Slasher bursts out of a tube in the room to your right. This time, take the left-hand path and pay attention to the light sticks in front of you.
